By accessing or using the Boxley Dispatch platform and services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it. Carriers and brokers must hold valid operating authority and insurance where required, and you agree to provide accurate information.
Subscription plans, dispatch service fees, and add-ons are billed as described on our pricing pages. Fees are charged on a recurring basis until cancelled. Dispatch and partner services (factoring, fuel cards, ELD) may be billed by the applicable provider.
You agree not to misuse the Services, post fraudulent or duplicate loads, misrepresent authority or insurance, or interfere with the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Boxley provides tools that connect shippers, brokers, carriers, and service providers. We are not a party to the transportation contracts between users and do not guarantee loads, payment, or performance. Directory listings are subject to verification and may be removed.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxley is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
