This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Boxley Technologies, Inc., which operates Boxley Dispatch ("Boxley," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit boxleydispatch.com (the "Site"), create an account, or use our software, dispatch, directory, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

1. Who this Policy covers

This Policy applies to everyone who interacts with Boxley, including carriers, owner-operators, drivers, fleets, freight brokers, shippers, service providers and partners, delivery customers, and general visitors to the Site.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

• Contact & account details: name, business name, email, phone number, mailing address, username, and password.
• Carrier / business information: MC number, DOT number, operating authority, insurance and cargo coverage, vehicle types, equipment, and service areas.
• Operational data: loads, shipments, dispatch records, routes, delivery details, proof of pickup and proof of delivery, and settlement information.
• Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
• Submissions: information entered in forms such as contact requests, directory listings, partner inquiries, delivery requests, news tips, testimonials, and driver applications.

Information collected automatically

• Device and connection data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages viewed.
• Usage data about how you interact with the Site and Services.
• Approximate location derived from IP address, and (where you grant permission) location data used for routing and tracking features.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 5.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from verification, compliance, payment, factoring, fuel-card, ELD/telematics, and analytics providers, and from public sources such as FMCSA records, to confirm authority, insurance, and identity, and to operate the Services.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Create and manage accounts and authenticate users.
• Match loads, carriers, shippers, and delivery requests, and facilitate dispatch.
• Verify operating authority, insurance, and identity, and help prevent fraud and abuse.
• Process subscriptions, dispatch fees, marketplace payments, and payouts.
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, support, and service updates.
• Send marketing and product communications (you can opt out at any time).
• Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and contractual obligations, and enforce our agreements.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following ways:

• With other platform participants as needed to complete a transaction — for example, sharing relevant carrier or shipment details so a load or delivery can be coordinated and completed.
• With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, factoring, fuel cards, ELD/telematics, mapping/routing, communications, hosting, and analytics.
• Public directory listings you choose to submit are displayed publicly by design.
• For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, and enforce our terms.
• In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure performance, and understand usage. We may use analytics tools (for example, privacy-respecting site analytics) for these purposes. 6. Your privacy rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Other U.S. state privacy laws

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 11; we will verify your request before responding.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to third-party websites and integrate third-party services (such as payment, factoring, fuel-card, ELD, and mapping providers). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
