This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the Boxley platform. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice; please have qualified counsel review it before you rely on it for compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Boxley Technologies, Inc., which operates Boxley Dispatch ("Boxley," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit boxleydispatch.com (the "Site"), create an account, or use our software, dispatch, directory, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). We may receive information from verification, compliance, payment, factoring, fuel-card, ELD/telematics, and analytics providers, and from public sources such as FMCSA records, to confirm authority, insurance, and identity, and to operate the Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following ways:
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure performance, and understand usage. We may use analytics tools (for example, privacy-respecting site analytics) for these purposes. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them. See our Cookie Notice for more detail.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
California residents may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 11; we will verify your request before responding.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
The Site may link to third-party websites and integrate third-party services (such as payment, factoring, fuel-card, ELD, and mapping providers). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
The Services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
