About Scott

Scott Thompson is the President and Chief Technology Officer of Boxley Technologies, Inc. — second-in-command and the architect of the technology behind Boxley Dispatch. He's a technology leader with more than 20 years of experience across IT, web development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.

Scott is a proud U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard veteran with more than two decades of service, and that background defines how he leads — with discipline, accountability, and a deep commitment to the people who depend on what he builds. He builds systems the way he served: ready to hold up under pressure.

Over his career, Scott has designed and delivered technology for government agencies, legal firms, healthcare systems, and commercial organizations. His expertise spans web platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI automation, API integrations, and full systems architecture — always focused on solutions that work in the real world, not just on paper.

At Boxley, Scott owns the platform's architecture. He's behind its security-first, segmented design — where dispatch, payments, identity, and public data each run in their own isolated systems and connect only through secured APIs — so the platform stays fast, safe, and scalable as Boxley grows. When carriers, drivers, and customers depend on the system, his job is to make sure it simply works.

Beyond Boxley, Scott founded Badge93 in 2025, a veteran-owned technology consultancy that helps small and veteran-owned businesses scale with practical digital tools and AI. He also hosts The Veteran Growth Edge, a podcast for veteran entrepreneurs building strong careers and communities after service.
